The glue‑applying machine features a fully servo‑driven PLC touch‑screen control system that enables segmented glue application, automatic interruption of glue at the raised central dot on plastic‑box mouse boards, and automated dispensing of isolation clips and attractants, along with end‑of‑glue cut‑off and pause functions—addressing the most challenging issues of glue breakage, trailing, and filamentation.
The machine can produce glue‑coated products such as mouse boards, plastic‑box mouse boards, sticky mouse traps, and sticky fly traps.
Gluing range: width 50–400 mm, length 50–2000 mm; adhesive application rate: 50–1000 g/m².
Hot-melt glue machine: Equipped with an 80-liter high-power hot-melt glue machine featuring three heating zones, each of which can be independently controlled. It offers rapid glue melting; when glue consumption decreases, the middle and upper heating zones can be deactivated to save energy. Power is adjustable between 15 and 25 kW.
Mouse traps are widely used in homes, kitchens, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, food processing plants, warehouses, and other settings.
