This flypaper machine is an automated system specifically designed for the efficient production of flypaper. Using roll stock as its base material, it integrates multiple core functions to meet the demands of large-scale manufacturing. Its key features are as follows:
Roll‑stock substrate processing: By using roll stock as the raw material, continuous feeding can be achieved, reducing the frequency of material changes and ensuring production continuity, making it well suited for batch‑production environments.
Adhesive Coating System: A precision doctor blade mechanism ensures uniform application of the adhesive layer onto the substrate surface, guaranteeing consistent thickness and complete coverage, thereby maintaining stable and reliable fly‑trap performance.
High-speed production capacity: With high equipment efficiency, the machine can produce 350 flypaper sheets per minute, significantly boosting output per unit of time and meeting demanding production requirements.
Automatic counting and stacking function: Once production is complete, the fly paper is processed by an automated system that simultaneously performs precise counting and orderly stacking. The number of sheets per stack can be set as needed, facilitating subsequent packaging, storage, and transportation while reducing labor‑related costs.
