Product Introduction
This machine is specially designed for the production of pest control products such as glue trap boards, glue tapes, fly papers, and rodent traps.
It integrates advanced automation technology with stable mechanical structure to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
The machine supports continuous operation, precise control, and customized configurations based on customer requirements.
Widely used in agriculture, household pest control, industrial supplies, and adhesive product manufacturing industries.
The integrated sticky‑insect‑trap and adhesive‑tape machine is capable of producing sticky insect traps, adhesive tapes, fly‑killer light boards, sticky fly ribbons, and other similar products. The machine consists of two sections that can be operated independently. The front section handles glue coating and tape winding, while the rear section performs slitting, perforation, and slicing.
Rewinding function: automatic meter counting, automatic roll change; the two rewind shafts can switch rolls automatically. The rewind shaft diameter is (30–76) mm and can be customized upon request. Maximum rewinding width: 300 mm; maximum rewind diameter: 200 mm; capable of laminating up to three layers of material in a single winding process.
Adhesive insect trap machine, capable of producing adhesive insect traps, sticky fly strips, fly‑killing light boards, and other products, and able to perform a series of critical processes—including gluing, laminating, punching, and die‑cutting—in a single operation.
From a structural perspective, the adhesive‑trap machine is primarily divided into two major components: electrical and mechanical. The mechanical section comprises key elements such as the unwind shaft, tension control system, web‑centering device, adhesive‑coating unit, laminating unit, and slitting unit. The unwind shaft is used to mount the yellow (or blue) trap boards and the release‑liner rolls. Three tension‑controlled unwinders and three web‑centering devices work in concert to precisely regulate the material’s position and flatness during unwinding, ensuring smooth execution of subsequent processes, including adhesive application, lamination, slitting, and perforation.
The adhesive application system is equipped with an analog‑controlled automatic blade‑smoothing device. It ensures uniform coating of adhesive onto the release liner. After the coated release liner is laminated with a yellow (or blue) plate, the material is conveyed to the punching and cutting unit, with the speed adjustable to meet production requirements.
The electrical system is centered around a PLC control module and features a touch-screen operator interface. Operators can easily input various production parameters—such as slitting length, stacking quantity, and punching count—via the touch screen, enabling precise control of output while ensuring simple and convenient operation.
The equipment accommodates material widths of 50–300 mm, features an air‑inflated shaft with a diameter of 76 mm, and supports a maximum unwind diameter of 500 mm and a maximum roll weight of 100 kg. The adhesive application width ranges from 50 to 290 mm, with an adhesive coating of 50 ± 3 g/m² to 100 ± 3 g/m², and a lamination deviation of ±1 mm.
Sticky insect traps are widely used for pest control in agriculture—such as orchards, tea gardens, vegetable greenhouses—as well as in forestry and horticulture, providing robust support for green, environmentally friendly, physical pest‑management strategies.
