The double-layer sticky insect trap tape rewinder is capable of producing single- and double-layer adhesive-coated, wound‑up sticky insect trap tape. The machine is equipped with automatic winding and automatic roll‑changing functions.
The unwinding system is equipped with two high-precision magnetic‑powder tension unwind shafts and two high-precision web‑guidance units that operate in coordinated fashion. It can simultaneously accommodate raw material rolls of different specifications, such as base‑film rolls and adhesive‑layer rolls, and precisely adjusts the unwind tension during operation to ensure smooth material conveyance, preventing issues like slack winding or wrinkling. This ensures continuous, stable production.
The adhesive application system is equipped with an analog‑output dispensing and scraping unit, which evenly and smoothly spreads the adhesive onto the machine’s base tape, ensuring consistent adhesion across the insect‑trapping strip.
Rewinding function: automatic meter counting, automatic cutting and roll changing; rewinding shaft diameter (30–76 mm) customizable; rewinding width 100–300 mm, maximum diameter 200 mm; unwinding maximum diameter 500 mm, unwinding shaft diameter 76 mm; adhesive application rate 30 ± 5 g/m² to 100 ± 5 g/m².
Paired with an advanced winding control system, it delivers constant-tension winding and allows flexible speed adjustments within the 50–80 m/min range.
The machine is centered around a PLC control module and features a user-friendly touchscreen interface, allowing operators to easily set the required production parameters via the touch screen for simple and convenient operation.
