Recently, Quanzhou Hongmi Machinery Co., Ltd. officially announced the successful upgrade of its Fully Automatic Insect Glue Trap Machine. This new generation equipment integrates advanced motion control technology and intelligent PLC systems, significantly improving production stability, automation level, and operational efficiency.
The upgraded machine can complete multiple processes in a single continuous workflow, including glue coating, lamination, punching, slitting, and stacking. Compared with traditional models, the new system reduces manual intervention by more than 60%, while increasing production speed and consistency.
